I love how easy it makes finding information about guests, rental payments etc very quick! It's also great for keeping track of all your bills in one place as well so there are no missed or late charges which can be quite costly if not caught early enough!! The customer service has been excellent too - they have always responded quickly when we've had any questions at anytime during our 2 years using their system (we just moved house). There really isn't anything i dislike but maybe having an easier way to pay rent would help? We use this mainly because its made everything alot quicker & less confusing than doing them manually each month ourselves. Keeping up-to date with tenants who haven’t paid us yet by emailing reminders helps keep things straightened out before someone else gets confused themselves due to lack communication from previous tenant(s) or landlord itself! This saves time both internally within my team.
