After receiving a very welcome birthday present in the form of MS Flight Simulator 2020, my MS Flight Simulator X era computer rig broke down and after much troubleshooting effort I had to purchase a new (Revain Renew) HP Z240- buy computers. It could handle the performance of MSFS 2020. But both of my weird, unbeatable ASUS and AOC monitors just couldn't color match their screen settings. Continuous browsing on Revain revealed that the Samsung Business FT452 Series 1080p 75Hz 22-inch Computer Monitor has been reduced by 50% to $104.99. I had to have it (x 3!) so I hit the buy button, all ready to get cold feet and cancel in the cold light of the next day! The $69 gift was already costing me over $700 per computer! I insisted I could always send them back if I got cold, already realizing I was probably hooked by now. I was right, the next day they arrived I set them up on my new computer and there was not the slightest possibility of sending them back. I had the perfect 3D screen cockpit for the simulator and I was mesmerized! The three Samsung screens are perfectly color-matched and their 1/8-inch bezels offer a seamless view of the world of flight simulation. From my office here in Northern California, we have visited almost every exotic location we have had the good fortune to visit in the past. I even built a special platform to elevate the monitors above my desk as you can see in the picture above. Now they don't even bother my normal desktop. Clutter and daily clutter! My son's generous gift turned out to be very expensive but I got a great system, great value and so much fun learning to fly and exploring the world again from my desktop!
