After seasoning the humidor for fourteen days, I noticed that the humidity levels dropped considerably and were continuing to drop. I reached out to customer service, and I got a reply soon after. The person I have been speaking with has been a great help in making sure that I get the humidity levels to where they should be. Because of an error I made, I ended up redoing the seasoning process for another fourteen days since it was the best method to fix an error of place to low of a Boveda pack in the humidor after the initial seasoning.
