The picture and the wording of this article are correct. That's what I needed, caps for the toilet screws. The title describes it as a descriptor. So I took a chance buying it and was thrilled when the product I needed arrived. The instructions on the box are correct, basically remove the nut (on one side) but leave the old brass washer in place. Place the new plastic round brace on top of the brass disc with the leading edge UP (look at the round brace and it will be clear). Finally, reattach the nut, being careful not to overtighten. Overtightening the nuts can cause the toilet to break. I did one side at a time and the whole job, including removing all the old goo, took ten minutes total. Conclusion: The pictures are correct, the description is correct, only the title is wrong.
