(original rating below.) Glad to say the seller contacted me and promptly sent a replacement set of hooks the same size. They work well in decorating our building (1930's style) and I trust them to keep our beautiful artwork. Most of the walls are plastered so no nails can be hammered in. And with hooks, things can be moved without worrying about fixing the wall. Therefore, a responsible supplier deserves praise. I highly recommend this supplier for their excellent service. (Original: I tried to contact the seller to find a compromise but got no response. Some of the hooks at the end of 1/4-3/8 inch are short enough to go through the sculpting. It will not sure. Production is very irregular. Not sure if ordering a replacement box will be anything different. I was hoping to get a second box, pick decent ones and return the broken ones.)
