They do their job well. If you're using a 3.3v gate (GPIO) with a 5v source/dump, you'll need to use a level shifter to bump your gate voltage to 5v - otherwise you'll see a significant drop, too much on the sensor circuit for GPIO on the other end of the circuit.I was being pretty dumb with these trying to troubleshoot my problem (which I eventually solved with the level shifter), and only shorted one of these out - they take quite a beating before giving out.Overall, I'm pretty satisfied.
