Review on ChannelCandy by Andy Tunes

I like that they have both an app for our sales team as well as one specifically designed for marketing people, which is great because it allows us to keep all of our communications in one place! It also has some really nice features such as allowing you to send messages directly from your desktop/laptop computer so there's no need to download anything or use any apps (which can sometimes be slow). The only thing about this program we don't love at this time are its pricing tiers - if you're not using other products by them then their "marketing" plan isn't worth much since most companies aren't going to pay $1 per month just to communicate with prospects via SMS text messaging versus paying another monthly fee somewhere else. But overall everything works pretty smoothly and honestly doesn't seem too bad considering how many programs charge similar rates these days.
