I like that we are able to see when our employees have been in an open position longer than any other competitor, which helps us decide if it's time to move them or not! We've realized that there isn't anything specifically wrong with this tool - but sometimes it can be difficult to understand what exactly you're looking at (or why). As long as your team knows how to use the system they will enjoy its benefits. It has given me insight into the current state of my organization, allowing me to make strategic decisions about where best to invest resources.
