This Canon Pixma MG3620 all-in-one printer fails to do the main job it was named for. I bought my new printer last month and missed the return window by 10 days. Out of the box, the device had trouble maintaining a wireless connection. It worked decently for the first 3 weeks, but it ate ink like a bear preparing for winter. The device then suffered from paper jams and blurring of the few surviving pages. I had a paper jam that caused all subsequent print jobs to have duplicate labels and jagged edges. After what felt like an eternity of searching, I followed all the troubleshooting tips in the so-called help guide. I had to rely on the blinking light to know if I had run the printhead cleaning or print alignment utilities. Printing a shipping label should never give you a migraine. It was a total nightmare and a waste of my money and time. After 40 days with my new printer I can honestly say this device is perfect for those who don't want a long term commitment.
