The best part is our customer support team who are always available to help us solve any problems we may encounter. They have been very helpful in solving many of my issues over time. I think their interface could be more user friendly but other than that everything has gone smoothly for me so far. This is an excellent tool if you want to engage and interact with your customers online. It helps keep them informed about upcoming events/news as well as giving them access to FAQs which can answer all of there questions at once.
