Review on 50cm Diameter SPRI Balance Trainer Sport - Dome Shape Half-Exercise Ball with Non-Skid Base for Effective Balance Training, Strength Building, Toning, and Enhanced Flexibility by Russell Ross

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Easy to inflate, strong but a little smaller than expected

This dome comes with a pump, simple instructions and a non-slip base. Inflate, deflate, inflate again the next day. My daughter used it to practice her serve mechanics while working on her core. Non-slip and durable are suitable for this. It's also one of the few to list maximum weight, which is very important. There are hooks for attaching elastics, but they are not included. The main issue is that it's 20" in diameter compared to most 22-24" domes and you can see the difference. If you're looking for a more intense core workout and have smaller feet, this might work. I'm not sure men would have too big feet to stand on that dome. I don't know yet how durable this thing is, but it seems to be very well made. Most domes are between $50 and $110 (bosu), so I'd do some shopping. For children and women I think it will work. It is perfect for my daughter's needs. But if you want ties and a slightly larger diameter to hold steady, there are more choices with ties included.
