Well made and durable

Comes with a small pump and 4 plugs. I'm in my fifties and maintaining my core and the muscles around my joints that help with balance is part of my fitness routine. The dome is very well made. Simply using it for squats is a lesson in humility and makes the time even more productive. Very happy to add this to my routine. It's comfortable to sit on and makes crunches harder but easier on my back. The base is very stable and I feel very secure on the canopy.

Not as strong as a bosu ball but does the job

I bought this balance machine to continue physical therapy at home after completing my inpatient therapy. I saw this on Vine and decided to give it a try. I don't know about the company, but the hemisphere looked similar to the one I was using. The construction is pretty solid. The base made of dense plastic with. Basic? Easy to inflate, strong but a little smaller than expected

This dome comes with a pump, simple instructions and a non-slip base. Inflate, deflate, inflate again the next day. My daughter used it to practice her serve mechanics while working on her core. Non-slip and durable are suitable for this. It's also one of the few to list maximum weight, which is very important. There are hooks for attaching elastics, but they are not included. Great for balance and core training...

Helps adjust: Shoes

I need to make a lot of adjustments for my knees that have been injured from years of kickboxing. The kickboxing paid off. To do a lot of freelifting, I really need a surface to stand on so my knees don't turn into little round bones from the pain. It helps me practice balance and form.
