I bought it after the bubble fell apart. Very high quality finish and fits perfectly on the windshield. Open the shade fully, press the end against the underside of the windshield and rotate up. It doesn't touch the mirror and blocks about 98% of the sunlight. To make room for the hinge under the mirror, the sun enters from the U-shaped side of the blinds. I bought it to protect my dashboard so it wasn't a problem for me. It doesn't have a strap to keep it tight and closed when not in use, but it has some weight and stays folded when laid flat. In general I recommend.
