I switched to it from Iphone 7 plus, so I will compare with it! The camera seemed to me better than the iPhone, video stabilization is about the same. The speed of the system is much higher, the sound in bluetooth headphones is good, it feels better than on an iPhone. Well, the charging speed pleased me, very quickly, the iPhone was charged at home for 4.5 hours. Now I'll tell you the only thing that I didn't like is PWM. I bought it, set it up, ated it, used it for several hours and by the evening I began to feel dry eyes (no vision problems) on an iPhone with an ips matrix for days and no problems. I immediately understood why this was, because I read about it, but I thought that I was not sensitive to this. In short, I tested it using the camera of another smartphone, turning on a white screen on oneplus, so you can see the flicker better. At the minimum brightness, the flickering is strong, but if you turn on dc dimming, it becomes much less. By increasing the brightness with dc dimming turned on, I found a value at which there is no flicker, this is from 50% of the display brightness. So if you are sensitive to PWM, and there are about 30% of people like that, then think carefully before buying, especially if you are switching from an ips screen. Although now point the camera at any TV set, even with an ips matrix, and it will flicker, no one has gone blind yet. But still, Shim gives me a certain discomfort personally.
