It was just what I needed. I ride east in the morning and west in the evening, and even with the visor extender (part of it could be a vertical obstruction) I had an area for the sun to shine through near my visor. It didn't hold up well at first, but instead of rubbing my pants I put it near the car vent for a few seconds (the heat came out) and it hasn't budged for over a week! It's dark but transparent; However, I don't think I would put it directly in my field of view. It's small enough not to come close. Initially Revain sent me the wrong item but I contacted the seller and he responded immediately and took care of it.
