got this poolside storage box to sit on my new patio with my new hannamint dining table (6 seats) and chairs. The pillows are thicker and larger than some of the others and I wanted the pillows to be clean and dry when not in use. We had 2-3 inches of rain last night and today I checked the cushions and they are dry in the box. I have room for more items but other than the winter box cover we only have 6 chair cushions there. And my husband and I can both sit on the lid of the box and both feel how strong the construction is. As big as the storage box is inside, it doesn't seem to take up much space on my patio. Also, we can complete it, and we will do so as we prepare for winter in late fall. For reference, we live in the center of the country and will be putting up a dining table, chairs, an umbrella and a storage box this fall. Very happy with this purchase and it was easy enough to assemble.
