Review on Ensure Regular Vanilla Liquid: 8 oz Bottle, 6-Count Pack - Nutritional Drink for Strength & Vitality by Kevin Urena

I found myself skipping meals because of work or simply not wanting to eat even though I knew I had to eat. I quickly picked up a bad habit so I decided to buy some of these sure drinks. I know there are alternatives or supplements, but they are usually for people on a diet. I don't need to lose weight so these drinks were perfect for me. The taste wasn't quite what I expected. If you chill the drinks as cold as possible and give them a good shake, they're fine, but you really don't want these things sitting around for more than 5-10 minutes. The drink becomes a little chalky and seems to stick to the mouth a bit, but that's typical of such drinks. I found a trick which was to add a small amount of coffee. The addition of coffee brought out the vanilla and made the drink tastier. All in all I would recommend buying Convince and look forward to trying other flavors. (Note: a quick word on shipping. It was fast and convenient and I didn't have to go to the store and lug them home. They were on my doorstep a few days after purchase and after a day of refrigeration they were ready to eat . Online ordering and delivery is preferred.)
