I didn't expect to like this coat so much. I ordered this and a Kuoser reversible vest. The Metallic Fashion Pet Parka Coat really surprised me! Some reviews said the back isn't long enough, but it fits my dog like a glove. She is a dachshund chihuahua mix, 15-17 lbs, 13" neck, 18" chest and 14" back. I ordered for her Wednesday. Also the color is better than expected. I would have liked a lighter color I could try it as I thought I wouldn't like it The pink is NOT as light as shown in the photos Even in my photos it looks really light It's much darker than pink The hood comes off easily. Plastic though works well.Two zippers on the back connected to a small pocket.The velcro seems solid so far.I pulled a large loose thread out of the velcro but nothing I saw unraveled or unraveled.the fact that 3M also called it "Thinsulate". It will be great for winter! One downside is that it is NOT waterproof! So I might treat it with some kind of water repellent that I already use on shoes. and boots Overall, this P arka like a discreetly well-tailored coat. The quality reminds me of a coat we would wear.
