Not rubbery, doesn't seal well, just blisters.

It's hard flexible plastic and doesn't seal my slightly weird hole in the toilet haha. It literally just blows bubbles no matter how I put it in. Less than useless, utterly pointless. Hopefully others shaped like this are softer rubber material, the design looks nice, it just doesn't deform and provides a good seal.
