Cannot find locally. Thank goodness they were with Revane! This is a HANGER MOUNT. You hammer one end into the wall while the bottom end hangs from the first piece with a screw. The lower part has a hook that fits into the bracket on the mirror. One of these assemblies fits on each side of the mirror, so they come in a 2-pack. After you've hung a mirror or picture and it's not perfectly level, simply insert a screwdriver behind the mirror and adjust the end of the hook up or down. I was introduced to these hooks by a glass company specializing in beautiful mirrors. You are fantastic.
