I am over the moon with the quality of this product. I received this paddleboard as a birthday gift and couldn’t be happier. After my first use I realized I didn’t snap the fins in properly and lost them in a shallow area. Heart broken, I reached out to the company and almost immediately they replied and let me know they would be sending me a free new set of fins. This company was so delightful to work with. I am ecstatic with this product, I couldn’t recommend this board more.
- It was everything as advertised and I love it!
- The pump that comes with the board is not very efficient and takes a long time to fully inflate the board.
