It works well for our business because it is easy to manage everything from one place. The customer service has been great as well! We have not come across anything we don't like about this software so far. I would highly recommend this product if you are looking for an all inclusive program. If you want something simple but effective then this should be at the top of your list. Our office team manages reservations all day long which helps us stay organized. And when there is no internet connection available (which happens often here), they still function just fine without any issues.
