Best value for money. I followed the video that was emailed and my iPad works and looks brand new. There is no broken glass in the video and I found the best way to remove it was to mask off the broken area and loosen a good chunk of the glass first. I used wax paper to prevent re-gluing. Heat a few times and my glass came off as one piece with the tape holding everything together. The hardest part of the job was installing the screws. I have never seen such small screws. I used watch repair tweezers to hold them to wind them up as the battery's magnetic field threw them off track. It takes time and patience and I am very happy with the results.
