Excellent quality, absolutely not expected for such a price.
I bought a beautiful one with a print as a gift, it cost a couple of thousand more than usual. I wanted a more stable one, albeit for the sake of maneuverability, so I settled on a 27-inch model. The size turned out to be just right and not huge, and not small, while quite light. A clear advantage of Penny is the value for money, just right for a start.
