This Vera Bradley Lighten Up ReActive shoulder bag for women features beautiful prints and eco-friendly materials. recycled plastic bottles, so the fabric is water repellent and easy to clean. It is a woven fabric that resembles canvas and feels very similar to outdoor upholstery fabric. The outer fabric is printed with beautiful tropical flowers in bright, summery colors. The inside is completely lined with salmon-colored smooth fabric. This is a hobo style bag with smooth nylon webbing and a shoulder strap. The strap is long enough to be worn over the shoulder but can be adjusted for crossbody use. The accessory of the strap is made of orange-pink plastic. There is a flat zip pocket on the front. There is a semi-hidden pocket on the back which is perfect for a cell phone and is sooo handy. Inside is a spacious single compartment. There are two large open pockets on one side. There's plenty of room for essentials, but it's not too big. The construction is also top notch, as you would expect from Vera Bradley. Printing is my favorite part - it's wonderful. Perfect for summer and thanks to the durable fabric I can literally take it anywhere. I also particularly like that one meter of Lighten Up ReActive fabric is made from 16 recycled plastic bottles. What a great way to deal with wasteful plastic bottles!
