Review on 🎧 Enhance Audio Experience with 7.1 Channel USB External Sound Card Audio Adapter by Doug Darling

This is a good device for 0.99 cents

I read the reviews and finally decided on this product. I also had a problem with the audio jack on my sound card, unfortunately it's a 5 year old Toshiba satellite and it's hard to find a replacement sound card for it. I still don't like the idea of USB sound cards when you think about it. Delay is my first thought. Out of the box this is a basic and unreliable device as the sole purpose of this device is to replace my old sound card. I decided to use a USB extender to charge my surroundings. I agree with some reviewers that it can crash on its own after a few clicks and a hard press on the volume button. Connecting it to speakers or headsets with adjustable volume, setting the volume of the device to a high level, and using the volume of the speaker to adjust the volume will avoid unnecessary pressure and extend the life of the product. Plus, if your laptop has that nifty little button, you can still use the Windows Audio Gauge panel to adjust the volume. This button is still set by default to detect the main sound card. I have used them on my computer and a Dell Inspiron. and the volume buttons work well for adjusting. The quality works well, I tested it with 7.1 encoded audio and made a comparison on a standard two-speaker channel. There's more bass on the unit, which is good, and when the highs need to come it cuts through and all the subtle mids are blended. Unlike the standard two-channel where you can't distinguish either band. I used a Sony MDR headset and Creative Cambridge Sound Works speakers (these are 10 year old speakers) to test the sound quality. I haven't tested it on my studio monitors yet, although I'm just afraid it might just catch fire. I separated the function of my internal sound card and my USB device for the microphone output, since the quality is much better on my sound card, I set them up to work in harmony. The microphone function causes a loud annoying hiss and I can't stand it and it makes the audio difficult to hear during a live call. So when I'm using YM or Skype I have my mic set up on my internal sound card and speakers and I'm calling on the USB device and when I make a test call I can hear the voice clearly. Please note that different internet connections vary and the quality and latency will vary. Another problem in my experience is BSOD and again in 5 years my laptop went through hell and I abused my system so maybe it's not related but I noticed my system crashes when I turn it off even if it is even disabled. it still crashes, so I can safely say it's far from related. I don't think newer systems can handle it any better than my old Pentium 4. I hear this hissing that for 0.99 cents I can't expect perfect quality. Cheap plastic case, cheap LEDs and circuit board, probably from Thailand. So what else do you expect, you really do get what you pay for. If you are on a tight budget and don't want to buy an expensive sound card replacement or sound card for external devices, this product is for you. If you like me and really like the sound quality, find someone with steady hands and a soldering iron and fix the jack, or buy a new replacement sound card, or invest in a more sophisticated and expensive external sound card. In the end it gets the job done and for the dollar it is a low risk product[.]
