Review on 🚗 K&N Cold Air Intake Kit 2009-2019 Nissan Maxima 3.5L V6 | High Performance | Increased Horsepower | 69-7002TTK by Peris Auditore

After installing it on my Maxima 2016 I ran into an issue where I couldn't shift. It was difficult to even get it to idle, but not to drive. DO NOT FORCE!. The black heat shield that the inlet tube runs through must be REMOVED. Because of our reason, K&N didn't make the new model fit better and screwed us. This heat shield is too low and causes transmission problems. So remove and everything will be fine. As for that heat shield, the disappointment is that it can't be used. You'll probably have to cut it out below where it doesn't get in the way, or somehow install it differently. I don't feel like I got all my money because of this issue hence 3 stars.
