Bad battery contacts.
The first key fob stopped working for the first week. Then I used a second key fob which stopped working on the second cycle of use. Thinking the batteries might be the culprit, I checked and both were fully charged. Earned the second keychain by bending the contacts. DO NOT BUY! It looks like the problem is bad battery contacts.
