I really wanted it, but the overall functionality is anything but advertised. The first is the "magnetic" part: although there is a magnet somewhere, it is very weak. The magnet itself can't hold the door at all, and without the suction cup it wouldn't work at all. The second is a dork. Although it works initially, the slightest bit of dust or dirt will make it less effective at its job (holding the door open), so after a couple of weeks or after the next cleaning session, the dust will cover it and you're left with a subwoofer. - Optimal magnet tries to hold the door (and fails) The third one gets stuck. This part really works. The silicone adhesive really works and although the suction cup uses an unnecessary amount of force trying to close the door (until it "pops"), there was never any doubt that it would hold. Be careful though - this will remove the paint from a regular wall, not remove it without damaging it. The last is noise. The suction cup design means this doorstop will "pop" when you try to open it and close the door. The noise is loud and intrusive and overall *MUCH* too loud. If you are not looking for a doorstop compatible with glass doors, look elsewhere.
