Just used it on a long trip from New York to Nashville, very satisfied. The remote control came in very handy when I had to change channels several times. It would be dangerous to fiddle with the block in the cigarette lighter socket if there was no remote control. I'm glad I chose this device. Also, unlike another device of the same type, this one seemed to send a stronger radio signal to the car (a stronger signal means the car stereo is actually easier to tune to the device). So I didn't have to struggle to find a free channel to listen to and plug in my phone. Definitely yes, a very good device. Now I seriously doubt I'll be buying a new stereo to replace my old one as I can confidently plug in my phone and play everything right from there.
