woven belt made of good durable material (shape-retaining). The metal tip at the end of the belt was not properly seated when crimped as it continues to clip (and detach) from the loops of the pant belt. I've tried crimping it again but it won't hold. This problem only occurs with one of the two belts ordered. But it also works without a tip (until it rolls off). The buckle is made of light metal but feels sturdy. Looks good.
