Perfect kitchen helper!
After trying this new peeler, I must say it's a great addition to my Home and Kitchen. It's easy to use, the blade stays sharp and I really like the positive grip on the handle. The julienne strips look like they were cut professionally. The only con is it's a bit expensive compared to some of the other peelers out there. Nevertheless, the quality and durability are worth it.
- Easily creates consistent and uniform julienne strips of fruits and vegetables.
- Requires practice and skill to use effectively.
