Missing pieces. But great piece of equipment

I don’t know what happened. But the box can all opened and retapped up. Great piece of equipment and we have it mostly set up. Was missing a washer/bolt and the lay pull down bar. Submitted a claim for them to send a new one. Just waiting to her back.
