I bought this tablet for my 9 year old for Christmas and it has worked great for 3 months. She could use it for entertainment and some school activities. Screen quality is good, battery life is acceptable. I was particularly pleased that it was already packaged in a protective case and this part worked well to prevent the tablet from breaking due to the normal wear and tear that a 9 year old girl might put on. I would give him 5 stars. If it wasn't for the fact that it suddenly stopped loading last week. My daughter has always been very good at remembering to plug it in after she's used it, but this time it didn't charge. I tried multiple cords and outlets but it wouldn't charge. Finally, I looked into the charging port with a flashlight and a tiny piece of the terminal broke off, rendering the tablet unusable. I really wanted to give the tablet a great review because before this happened it was perfect for what it needs, but the build quality seems so poor that simply plugging and unplugging the charging cable can damage the connector. That's why I gave it 2 stars.
