Unhappy with the customer service provided by Ueteto

I was really dissatisfied with Ueteto's customer service as a customer. A guitar I had ordered turned up without some of its components. I called their support staff, but they weren't helpful or responsive. Before they ultimately agreed to supply the missing parts, it took numerous follow-up emails. The guitar's quality also fell short of what I had anticipated. It had loose tuning pegs, fret chatter, and was badly built. The issues remained despite numerous attempts to modify the guitar. The stringent return policy of Ueteto only makes issues worse. They only accept returns for a brief period of time and charge expensive restocking costs. Overall, I had a poor and difficult experience with Ueteto. Their return policy is not customer-friendly, the product quality was mediocre, and their customer support was unresponsive. I wouldn't suggest this business to anyone looking for a reputable supplier of musical instruments.
