I bought my 2015 Toyota Corolla S two years ago. As I exited the dealership, I found that the underside of the touchscreen was unresponsive. I contacted the retailer and they said I bought it "as is". They were right and I was right but I will not buy from them again. Still, I spent two years trying to find a non-working touchscreen. I was able to use the credit card trick to program a new BT device once or twice. But last week I bought a new cell phone and the credit card trick didn't work. I started looking for a new head unit but found that my budget would need to be around $1000 with my steering wheel controls for all the hardware and adapters to keep all the OEM's. Not interesting. Well I started googling and youtube and found that there is an option to just replace the digitizer. And judging by some of the videos I watched, it was a pretty easy task. I bought this digitizer for less than $20. With less than 30 minutes of work on my part, after two years without, I got a fully functional touchscreen. So far everything works perfectly, I give the product 5 stars. I will update if anything changes.
