Review on Ninja C39500 Foodi NeverStick 10-Piece Hard-Anodized Nonstick Cookware Set, Oven Safe To 500°F, Slate Grey by Damon Murray

While I didn't need customer service on this particular item I did need customer service from both Shark and Ninja about a month ago and received two of the worst experiences ever. Ninja coffee machine less than six months old and the rep didn't understand that there was more than just one mechanism responsible for the drip stop so she wanted me to pay to replace a part that wasn't the problem. Shark vacuum less than thirty days old that wouldn't run for more than one second before shutting off (first turn on and every subsequent turn on) and they wanted me to pay to replace that as well. Terrible customer service.but they do have products I like. :(Take these pans for example.I got a single Ninja Foodi NeverStick pan a couple months ago and absolutely loved it. It was a dream to cook in and another dream to clean because it was so darn easy to clean. And yep nothing stuck to the pan and the heat distribution was stellar (still is).I was waiting for a full set of the Ninja Foodi NeverStick pans to become available for me to try and I jumped right on it when I saw it in my feed. Even though I prefer more vibrantly colored cooking vessels I am absolutely floored by how well these work in our kitchen. They truly are NeverStick and I love them. Husband loves them too because they are DISHWASHER SAFE OMG.and wait for it.YOU CAN USE METAL UTENSILS WITH THEM! That's pretty much a trifecta for my husband - nonstick, dishwasher safe, metal utensil safe. :)Keep in mind though it says metal utensil safe you're not supposed to use sharp metal utensils like forks or knives in there.You get eight pans in varying sizes and shapes in this set (I got the 13 piece set) and I think you'll find you have the right size for any cooking job. We've made pastas, pancakes, reheated pizza, soups/stews, eggs, biscuits, and other typical weeknight foods for a family of four. We've only been using them a month so hopefully I can come back at the year mark and update the review. So far we looove them and they're holding up well. That heat distribution is awesome!Overall super happy with this purchase and would buy again.but cautiously just because of that crappy customer service I received on two other Shark Ninja products which is quite unfortunate. I will say Shark ended up resolving the vacuum situation and after over a month of slow communication Ninja is trying to resolve the coffee maker issue.
