I really like Ninja products and was excited to try this cookware. I have a multi purpose pan from Ninja that I love and I thought this set would be similar but it’s not. I’ve tested most of the pieces of this set and mostly like it. This set comes with: 8-Inch Fry Pan, 10.25-Inch Fry Pan, 1.5-Quart Saucepan with Glass Lid, 2.5-Quart Saucepan with Glass Lid, 3-Quart Sauté Pan with Glass Lid, 6.5-Quart Stock Pot with Glass Lid. Plus the 10.25-Inch Fry Pan and 3-Quart Sauté Pan share a lid.I did not end up trying the stock pot. It’s smaller than I expected so I wondered if it would be large enough to cook fresh corn. I’ll try to update my review when I give that a try. I decided to make cheesy scalloped potatoes and used the 3 quart sauté pan and 2.5 quart saucepan. The sauté pan held a large amount of cheese sauce, potatoes and onions. I assembled the ingredients and then cooked in the oven. It worked great! I would just be careful because it’s extremely hot. I had long silicone oven mitts on, but I managed to touch the handle of the pan on my forearm, in a little opening on the mitts. It seared my skin. An hour after taking this out of the oven I was packing up leftovers and the potatoes were still steaming so it’ll retains the heat!I used the medium saucepan to make my cheese sauce and it didn’t stick at all. I’ve used the sauce pan to cook veggies and a sauté pan to cook chicken breast and hamburgers, all have turned out great. The one item that has not been successful is cooking eggs. There are instructions for cooking eggs and I followed them. As can be seen in my pictures, the eggs stuck badly to the pan. I was able to easily peel the crisp layer out of the pan and it didn’t stick but I probably lost one egg white this way. That was disappointing. These pans are a good weight. The outside of the pan does not have a smooth surface but feels more like the outside of a cast iron pan. Surprisingly, the booklet says you can even use metal utensils on these pans. I do like that they’re oven safe but I’m not sure if it’s a feature I should use again. These are so easy to clean! Even my egg pan easily cleaned. They store well. I do wish they came in different colors. My other Ninja pan is green, which I got to match the cookware set I had at that time.Make sure to read the paperwork that comes with the pans. These need preheated before use. These would make a great gift or be a nice gift to yourself. They’re versatile which I really like and think is a necessity in the kitchen.
