I see that the previous negative review I posted over the summer has been removed. Well, I guess the time of year matters because no matter how fried they are after a hot, humid summer, they're just as silky and smooth now in a cold winter. It also helps that I've found a product that works well with thermal tools. It's so annoying because I've used much more expensive products that had a better feel and texture when put on but failed when the iron hit it. I have long, thick curly poodle hair that is well moisturized with a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. One pass is enough. Second, if I want some extra smoothing, which I like.
