Instructions are not very clear

Although I liked the idea of the lights being advertised as very bright which I liked, the instructions for assembly were very poor and I had to buy another tube to fix it to mount it on the pole. Where I wanted to mount the light I couldn't do it as I was concerned that demolition damage would result from all the weight being on the end of the arm because it was so heavy. In addition, the inclination of the solar panel was not sufficiently adjustable because the angel I needed could not clean the lamp body. Good lighting, everything else was not very good.
