I like that you can create multiple levels of memberships, as well as having different pricing options available to fit any budget or need! The only thing I dislike is how cumbersome it seems to be at first glance. It's not intuitive in its design - lots of clicks are required before getting what you want done (e.g., adding new users). Just make sure you have someone who knows their way around this system in order to get everything set up correctly so there aren't errors when people log into the site/app. We've been able to provide our Members with many benefits including discounts, access to exclusive content, etc.
