The customer service is amazing! I have had several issues with my account, but they were always quick to respond and fix any problems that arose. Their support team has been nothing short of incredible throughout this entire process from start-to-finish. I like that you can create multiple levels of memberships, as well as having different pricing options available to fit any budget or need! The only thing I dislike is how cumbersome it seems to be at first glance. It's not intuitive in its design - lots of clicks are required before getting what you want done (e.g., adding new users). It's easy to use, it has many features that make managing my members' accounts very flexible! I like how well they have thought out their platform - lots of options with customizations available in each section you need them set up as per what is best suited for your needs/business model etc. Their customer service team are amazing too; always happy & willing answer any questions or queries we may have about anything relating to making our website work better (or at all!). I like that it is easy to use, has many features (including recurring billing), can be integrated with other services such as Mailchimp or AWeber etc., you have full control over all aspects of member management which makes life easier than managing an email list through another service/platform; also very good customer support!
