Great customer services and professional experience
The support team is very responsive, friendly people with quick turnaround times for all of our needs related to domains (registrations/transfers) - both technical as well as non-technical issues! I have nothing but good things about my experiences so far working with them; however they do not offer any discounts or incentives in exchange for reviews which would be nice if this were mentioned when signing up initially rather than having me ask repeatedly while trying out their service before making final decision.
Pros
- Ease at contacting customer representative via phone call / email whenever required from day 1 after signup period ends until today still ongoing without fail every single time we contact through either one method above that has been effective over last 3 years plus using services since 2018 till date ! We love everything else too including pricing plans & features offered by luckyregister such are its unique way providing domain registration solutions online along wth easy payment options etc
