I really like this product. I attached the mount to the windshield and drove my S20 in it over bumpy freeways. Holds up well and I'm not afraid of it falling off. I didn't even wipe the windshield with the wipes from the kit. I like its telescoping arm because it allows me to move it closer to the underside of the windshield. To connect the lever to the bracket, unscrew the plastic nut almost to the end. Snap the lever pad into place and retighten the screw. Quite easy. To use the bleed mount, turn the handle counter-clockwise, which will lengthen the clip. The pen I'm talking about is the one I'm holding in the picture. Once extended, insert the hook into the open vent and tighten until the handle snaps into place. I was surprised how tight the vent holder stays on the vent pole. Kits are made. I don't like sticking anything on my dashboard, so this omission doesn't bother me at all.
