I purchased this product for carpal tunnel pain that gets worse at night. Here are my issues: 1. This is NOT one size fits all! It's more of an S/M size. If you're a taller than average person in general, don't buy! The metal support is only on the bottom of the wrist brace so it doesn't hold the wrist as well as it should.3. The bead fill does not provide sufficient protection against the metal support. I wore this brace for about an hour before the metal pressure caused me so much pain in my arm that I could no longer wear it. No matter how I tried to attach the padding for protection. It didn't help.4. This article can not be exchanged. So now I'm stuck with a useless $21 clip.
