Very easy installation. except you have to hire someone to climb onto the roof while wearing this thing! He started working the moment he had a full view of the sun. The roofer was impressed. I've had issues with the lack of ventilation in my 100 year old house and high temperature and humidity due to said lack of ventilation. Although it doesn't necessarily feel like airing, both the temperature in my attic and the humidity have dropped significantly. There were long stretches last year when the attic temperature was 140+ and you sweat like a wet sauna the moment your head hit the floor climbing stairs. We've had several days over 95 degrees this year and although it was hot in the attic it kept the outside temperature if not a little cooler and I wasn't sweating a bit. The temperature and humidity at my base level have changed. also decreased significantly. The house now easily maintains 75-78 degrees without the aid of air conditioning, whereas it used to stay at 84+ when it was barely 90 degrees. My house, cat and I are much happier with this product. .
