A really good, user friendly platform for all of your group event services
I like that this is easy enough so it doesn't require too much technical knowledge in order to set up basic features such as creating listings/bookings etc. There are some things which could be improved - e.g., there's no way currently to create more than one booking per day (although they say "coming soon") but at least now we know what their roadmap looks like! We have been able use Researeaseze with great success over our last 2 years operating out-of-home childcare service. It has helped us manage bookings far better than any other software available through comparison websites; plus it also allows users who don’t understand technology well to still get involved easily by using simple instructions found under "Help & Support".
Pros
- Easy for both parents AND carers, without having advanced computer skills.
- Very intuitive interface makes everything very clear even when you first start working within system.and after only 5 minutes into learning basics everyone can work independently from then onwards!!..I've personally seen many staff quickly become confident about how usefully accessible information will always appear immediately upon demand while completing tasks online..this saves time because people won`" t need assistance everytime something needs
