After using the device for a few days, the Bluetooth turned off slightly. After several attempts I tried to return but I had to contact the seller and wait for an answer. I've been waiting for 3 days and no answer! Bad product and customer service. Finally a response from the seller and they want me to cover the freight to return the defective product. Terrible customer service and Mickey Mouse is running! Finally got permission to return the faulty speaker 3 weeks after the seller sent it back and confirmed receipt, no refund. I contacted them several times and ended up having to report them to Revain who gave me a full refund. Stay away from the seller.
