The side edges of the shaver can still scratch painted surfaces.
Purchased to remove random bottle labels, price tags and stickers. Works well, but a single-blade metal razor is still better. This plastic razor leaves scratches on the edges, which surprised me. Use it today to remove grease build up on some parts of your car and it worked great. It is still unclear whether plastic has advantages over a metal razor.
