Normal pillow for the price.
The product works perfectly. There is a bit of padding as it is not very thick. My customers have not complained about this which is great. Easy to clean and wipe down after each guest. The material seems to last a very long time! CONS: The pillow tends to fall off when my guests get up from the shampoo bowl, which is very annoying. The product has a terrible smell. almost so much that I was about to get it back. It's a chemical/rubber smell which I seem to have corrected after cleaning and wiping. But be careful when it comes out of the box.
